Returns Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund/exchange.

Please note, as we are a small business, we operate an exchange only policy with the exception of where goods are damaged, defective or not as described. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at: nomadjewellery@outlook.com providing proof of purchase/receipt and order number. In the case of damaged/defective items, please also provide pictures of the issue so we are able assist you in the best manner.

After the return request has been accepted you will receive an email with full instructions on how to complete the return (along with a pre-paid postage label in the case of damaged/defective items)
With the exception of damaged/defective items, buyers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We request that any item(s) for return to be sent via Royal Mail tracked/special delivery service (dependent on item value). Any item(s) sent for return are the responsibility of the buyer until they are confirmed to have reached us, we cannot be held liable for any issues/lost parcels when in transit.

Upon successfully receiving a return, we will send you a coupon code for the original purchase value of your returned item(s) via email. Coupon codes will remain valid for 1 year before expiring and can be redeemed online or in-person. Refunds for damaged/defective item(s) will be refunded to the payment method used for the original order purchase.

Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Accepted returns must be dispatched within 14 days of confirmation, if the item(s) have not been dispatched within this timeframe the return request will be cancelled and the item(s) will not longer be eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and received by us, make a separate purchase for the new item using the coupon code issued via email.
  

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not as expected, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer either a full refund to the original payment method or coupon code for full purchase value of the item(s) returned where goods are confirmed to be defective or damaged.
  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, this includes body piercing jewellery, undergarment/swim clothing and body care products. Please get in touch at: nomadjewellery@outlook.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
